The golf course was opened in 1993.
The course was designed by Canadian duo Les Furber and Jim Eremko. The sensitive way they set the golf course amid beautiful scenery with the majestic Karlštejn, the castle of Czech kings, forming a romantic backdrop, has created a unique course.
The wooded hilly landscape, with limestone outcrops and rich flora and fauna, is an oasis of peace and quiet, and yet is only a few minutes drive from central Prague.
The broken terrain, natural gorges, two lakes and many sand traps create a very pleasant environment that will satisfy even the most demanding of players.
The architects designed the course as “easy bogey but difficult birdie”, with the result that players with very different handicaps can play the course.
